Discord bot

When someone runs /setup, we store one record per server: the server ID, the channel ID, the chosen filters (region, scrims/tournaments), timestamps, how many posts were sent, the last delivery error and the events already shown. It lives in a private Vercel Blob store. The bot does not read messages and keeps no user names, user IDs or member lists. /stop deletes the record right away, and so does removing the bot from the server.

Alerts

• Discord webhook alerts: the webhook URL (encrypted), the channel and server IDs Discord returns for it, and your filters. Disconnecting deletes it.
• Email alerts / newsletter: if you sign up, your email address and chosen regions are kept by our email provider, Resend. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
• Browser notifications: your browser's push subscription (encrypted) and region.

Suggestions, likes and forms

• Suggestions box: the title and message you write, plus an optional nickname, are public on the site. Don't put personal details in them.
• Likes: a random browser ID and a hashed IP address (to stop spam), stored as one-way hashes.
• Organizer and listing forms: what you enter (including a contact email if you give one) is emailed to us for manual review.

Analytics

Vercel Web Analytics (cookieless page views) and PostHog (EU, anonymous usage events such as clicks on sign-up links; no session recording, Do Not Track respected). The site remembers your region and time zone in your browser. Our host, Vercel, keeps short-lived server logs.
